Two films. Start with yours.
The full tutorial walks the whole platform the way the church office runs it. The Leadership Team film is a one-minute look at the week from the team’s side. Watch the one for your role first; the two paths below then let you try each role yourself.
One church. Two perspectives.
Choose a path and you enter GRACE as that person in Faithful Church, a fictional sample church. A guide walks you stop by stop, and you can switch to the other perspective at any point to see what changes.
Senior pastor People, care, Sunday, and the decisions only the pastor makes
A week in ministry, as Pastor James
Ten guided stops: Home, Action Center, Congregation, Leadership, Pastoral Care, Sunday tools, Impact Campaigns, Impact Card oversight, GRACE OS approvals, and GRACE Mobile.
- See what GRACE shows this role, and where it stops.
- Ask GRACE about the week and check its answer against the records.
- Look at a request that needs a second person to decide, and see who is accountable.
Optional reflection: a question at each stop, and five claims to confirm at the end.

Enter as Pastor James →Leadership Team Day-to-day follow-through without the pastor’s authority
Supporting the week, as Elena Castellano Brooks
Three guided stops: Home, Congregation, and Settings: Ministry Areas. Elena coordinates people follow-through and the ministry areas assigned to the team. Church money, pastoral care requests, approvals, payroll and GRACE OS stay with Pastor James, and her view shows that plainly.
- See the shared church picture the team works from.
- Coordinate a people or ministry detail within the team’s role.
- Switch to Pastor James and compare what each role can see.
Optional reflection: a question at each stop, and five claims to confirm at the end.

The pilot only works if you can trust what you see. These are the rules this workshop keeps.
No real people
Faithful Church and everyone in it are fictional. No Central Henderson member, record or care case appears anywhere in the workshop.
Always simulated
Giving, campaigns and the Impact Card are samples, labelled as such. No card is issued, no payment is taken, and no money moves. For Central, the Impact Card is a concept only.
GRACE is AI, and says so
GRACE suggests and summarises. Care, crisis and approval decisions stay with named people, and the tutorial never claims it made one for you.
Some small actions save to the sample church so you can see them appear, such as a Sunday note. Workshop notes and work orders are cleared after a day.
Your work. Your perspective.
Each path ends on a recap page: the stops you visited, five claims to confirm as held, partly held or not, a QR code to keep exploring on your own phone, and a short survey.
What worked? What didn’t?
Talk these through with your facilitator, then answer the six-question survey at the end of either path. Every question is optional, and your answers are not linked to which stops you visited.
- Which task felt useful for your work?
- Where did you hesitate or need an explanation?
- Were responsibilities and access boundaries clear?
- What would need to change before a real pilot at Central Henderson?
Your answers are stored under a random code that identifies no one. They shape what the pilot does next.
